Alyssa “Lisa” Rivera is the Founder and President of Hope Dealers Incorporated, grateful believer in Jesus Christ and the visionary behind Hope Signal. With more than 15 years in Christ-centered recovery, Lisa uses lived experience, faith, leadership, and community connection to help people navigate recovery, grief, restoration, and renewed purpose.

Her work focuses on connecting people to peer support, trusted resources, meaningful relationships, and practical pathways forward. Lisa believes no one should have to walk through life’s hardest seasons alone—and that real hope becomes powerful when it leads to connection and action.

At the center of everything she does is one message: Faith fuels change, and hope is meant to be shared.

A grateful believer in Jesus Christ, our Vice President brings more than 20 years of lived recovery experience, strong leadership, and a deep passion for helping others find freedom, purpose, and hope.

After walking through addiction and brokenness herself, she found lasting transformation through Jesus Christ and Celebrate Recovery. Today, she uses that experience to meet people where they are, encourage them forward, and remind them that a difficult past does not have to determine their future.

She serves as a Celebrate Recovery Ambassador Coach and West Region Opioid Advocate, using her voice and story to bring awareness to addiction, champion recovery, and connect people with hope.

She is also the kind of leader who gets things moving — a true go-getter, problem solver, encourager, and action-taker. She brings energy to the room, leads with heart, and is never afraid to roll up her sleeves and get to work.

What once brought pain into her life, God now uses for purpose. Her life is living proof that recovery is possible, transformation is real, and there is always hope in Jesus Christ.

A grateful Daughter of the King, with more than 30 years of experience in finance, including extensive expertise in government-related transactions, our Treasurer brings exceptional financial knowledge, integrity, and leadership to Hope Dealers Incorporated.

Throughout her career, she has worked within complex financial environments where accountability, compliance, and sound decision-making are essential. She also brings valuable experience and perspective in affordable housing, understanding the important connection between financial stability, housing access, and stronger communities.

Her ability to navigate government processes, evaluate financial risk, and maintain strong fiscal oversight makes her an invaluable member of our leadership team. She brings not only decades of professional expertise, but a genuine commitment to using that experience to strengthen communities and help Hope Dealers build responsibly for the future.
