Alyssa “Lisa” Rivera is a grateful believer in Jesus Christ. With more than 15 years in Christ-centered recovery, she uses personal lived experience, leadership, and faith to help others navigate recovery, grief, restoration, and renewed purpose.
Her work focuses on connecting people with peer support, trusted resources, meaningful relationships, and practical pathways forward. She believes hope grows stronger when it leads to connection and action.
At the center of her work is one message: Faith fuels change, and hope is meant to be shared.

Vanessa Marr is a grateful believer in Jesus Christ. She brings more than 20 years of lived recovery experience and a passion for helping others find hope after addiction and hardship.
Her own journey through addiction and brokenness led to lasting transformation through Jesus Christ and Celebrate Recovery. She serves as a Celebrate Recovery Ambassador Coach and West Region Opioid Advocate, using her experience to encourage and connect others.
She is recognized for being practical, energetic, compassionate, and willing to take action—reminding others that recovery is possible, transformation is real, and purpose can grow from difficult experiences.

Vanessa Marr, Vice President
A grateful believer in Jesus Christ, our Vice President brings more than 20 years of lived recovery experience, strong leadership, and a deep passion for helping others find freedom, purpose, and hope.
After walking through addiction and brokenness herself, she found lasting transformation through Jesus Christ and Celebrate Recovery. Today, she uses that experience to meet people where they are, encourage them forward, and remind them that a difficult past does not have to determine their future.
She serves as a Celebrate Recovery Ambassador Coach and West Region Opioid Advocate, using her voice and story to bring awareness to addiction, champion recovery, and connect people with hope.
She is also the kind of leader who gets things moving — a true go-getter, problem solver, encourager, and action-taker. She brings energy to the room, leads with heart, and is never afraid to roll up her sleeves and get to work.
What once brought pain into her life, God now uses for purpose. Her life is living proof that recovery is possible, transformation is real, and there is always hope in Jesus Christ.

She also brings valuable experience and perspective in affordable housing, understanding the important connection between financial stability, housing access, and stronger communities.
Her ability to navigate government processes, evaluate financial risk, and maintain strong fiscal oversight makes her an invaluable member of our leadership team. She brings not only decades of professional expertise, but a genuine commitment to using that experience to strengthen communities and help Hope Dealers build responsibly for the future.
